The firm is led by Dr Anandroy Ramdaw, an accomplished attorney whose distinguished legal career spans more than four decades.
Admitted as an attorney in 1983 and a conveyancer in 1988, Dr Ramdaw has built an outstanding reputation in South Africa and internationally.
His experience extends far beyond traditional legal practice, having served as a CCMA Accredited Commissioner, where he presided over more than 2,500 labour disputes and delivered over 500 arbitration awards and rulings.
His expertise has also seen him invited to serve as an Acting Judge in the Labour Court, where several of his judgments became landmark decisions that continue to influence South African labour law.
One of his most notable decisions, Shoprite Checkers v Ramdaw N.O., remains an important authority in Labour Court review applications.
