Mokhari Attorneys Inc was established in 1999, by Mike Mokhari and colleagues inspired by an increasing demand in legal services, more especially on civil and commercial matters as more and more previously disadvantage people were getting into civil and business contracts due to the recent freedom.

There was a vacuum of strong black legal firms to service the growing previously disadvantaged clientele. There Mike and his colleagues saw a great opportunity to establish a legal firm that will serve the growing clientele in an African way it understands.
