Mr Robert Avery is the Director and Principal Attorney of Avery Incorporated, a full-service law firm based in Pretoria. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of South Africa, a Certificate in Corporate Law, and has been admitted as an attorney, notary, and conveyancer with the right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa.
Mr Avery completed an Advanced Programme in Alternative Dispute Resolution with distinction, covering mediation, general arbitration, and labour-related arbitration. This adds to his strategic litigation capabilities by integrating a deep understanding of dispute resolution outside the courtroom.

Mr Lucky Dolla Malefo is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of South Africa, complemented by an Honours Degree in International Relations, specialising in International and Constitutional Law, conferred by the Moscow State Linguistic University, Russian Federation.
With over a decade of tenure in the Local Government sector, Mr Malefo amassed extensive expertise in municipal legal frameworks, legislative compliance, institutional governance, labour relations, and the drafting and review of By-Laws and public policies. His contributions spanned across executive support, oversight facilitation, and labour dispute management, underpinning his reputation for principled service delivery within statutory parameters.
Mr Malefo completed his Articles of Clerkship at Avery Incorporated Attorneys and conveyancers, where he now practices as an Associate Attorney. He renders professional legal services in a wide array of civil matters, including but not limited to Family and Maintenance Law, Divorce and Matrimonial Disputes, Evictions and Landlord-Tenant Matters, Debt Recovery, and the Administration of Deceased Estates.
